Partner terms
- Commission. You earn 30% (or the rate agreed with you in writing) of every Pro payment made by members who signed up through your link, including renewals, while you remain an active partner. Taxes and fees on your side are yours to handle.
- Who counts as yours. New members who sign up within 30 days of clicking your link, on the same browser. If they click another partner's link before signing up, the most recent partner link counts. Existing members can't be referred.
- When you're paid. Each commission can be paid 30 days after the payment. We pay monthly by PayPal, Wise or Payoneer once you're owed at least $20.00. Refunded or disputed payments earn no commission.
- Free Pro. Approved partners get VAPortfolio Pro free on their own account, with no end date, while they remain partners.
- Fair promotion. No spam, no fake reviews, no misleading claims (for example, promising free Pro to your audience), no self-referrals, and no paid ads that bid on the VAPortfolio name. Say that you're a partner when you recommend us, as the law in many countries requires.
- Changes and ending. We may change these terms or the commission rate with 30 days' notice by email, and we may pause or remove a partner who breaks them. Commissions you've already earned fairly will still be paid. You can leave at any time by emailing support@vaportfolio.com.
Questions
Do I need to be a VAPortfolio member?
Yes, you'll need a free account so we can link your earnings and turn on your free Pro. It takes a minute.
Do I earn on renewals?
Yes. You earn 30% of every payment a member you referred makes, their first year and every renewal after it, for as long as they stay on Pro and you remain a partner.
What if someone clicks my link but signs up later?
Your link is remembered for 30 days on that browser. If they sign up within that time, they count as yours. If they click another partner's link before signing up, the most recent partner link counts.
Do I earn when people use the free plan?
Commission is paid on Pro payments only. Free sign-ups still show in your dashboard, and many of them upgrade later; when they do, you earn.
When and how do I get paid?
Once a month, by PayPal, Wise or Payoneer, as soon as you're owed at least $20.00. Each commission can be paid 30 days after the payment, once the 48-hour refund window and the usual card-dispute period have passed.
Can I use my own link to buy Pro?
No. Partners get Pro free, so there's no need, and self-referrals don't earn commission.
