Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You can create, publish and share your portfolio for free, with no time limit and no card needed.
How does Pro billing work?
Pro is $25 a year, paid by card in US dollars. It renews once a year, and we email you before each renewal.
What does the founding price mean?
If you join now, you keep $25 a year for as long as you keep renewing, even if the price goes up for new members later.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 48 hours of paying. Email support@vaportfolio.com and we'll refund you in full. After 48 hours, payments can't be refunded.
What happens if I cancel or stop renewing?
Pro stays on until the end of the year you paid for. After that your portfolio stays online on the free plan. Nothing is deleted: anything beyond the free limits is just hidden, and it comes back if you upgrade again.
Can I pay with a Nigerian card?
Yes, as long as your card can make payments in US dollars. Most Mastercard and Visa cards can; if yours can't, ask your bank to enable international payments.
